Obiectivele cursului

  1. Invatarea metodelor de rezolvare eficienta a conflictelor
  2. Anticiparea conflictului si rezolvarea proactiva a acestuia
  3. Invatarea metodelor de gestionare a emotiilor puternice care apar intr-o situatie conflictuala
  4. Invatarea metodelor de negociere in cazul situatiilor conflictuale.
  5. Educarea in vederea abordarii conflictului ca o cale productiva catre progres

Durata cursului

Cursul se va desfasura pe parcursul a 20 de ore.

Modulele cursului

  1. Anatomia conflictului
    • definirea conflictului
    • stadiile conflictului
    • focusarea pe o abordare colaborativa
    • explorarea relatiei personale cu situatiile conflictuale si ajungerea la o abordare productiva
  2. Investigarea cauzelor conflictului
    • evidentierea surselor conflictului precum si a nevoilor care il alimenteaza
    • declasatorii situatiilor conflictuale
    • administrarea emotiilor puternice
  3. Conflictul in cadrul echipelor
    • recunoasterea situatiilor conflictuale ca un mod de progres al echipei
    • adaptarea situatiilor conflictuale pozitive in cadrul grupului
  4. Primii pasi catre rezolvarea conflictului
    • dezvoltarea si sustinerea conflictului
    • modelul in 6 pasi al rezolvarii situatiilor conflictuale
    • recunoastearea importantei emotiilor puternice in situatiile conflictuale
  5. Administrarea emotiilor puternice
    • explorarea credintelor, atitudinilor si emotiilor
    • determinarea obiectivelor dorite intr-o sitautie problematica
    • folosirea unui limbaj non verbal eficient si potrivit; realizarea unei concordante intre limbajul corporal si mesajul transmis
  6. Setarea unei baze pentru cooperare
    • „diagnosticarea” conflictului ; punerea intrebarilor potrivite ; identificarea factorilor cauzatori ai conflictului

  7. Stabilirea unui mediu propice medierii conflictului

    • ce facem daca intelegerea nu functioneaza?
  11. Obtinerea rezultatelor pozitive
    • lucru in echipe pentru rezolvarea unui conflict

Beneficiile cursului

Conflictul intalnit la locul de munca nu are consecinte doar la nivelul indivizilor, dar si la nivelul dinamicii organizationale prin repercusiuni care se simt in intreaga companie. Acest curs va aduce acele cunostinte practice si teoretice care vor ajuta participantii in a se descurca in caz de situatii conflictuale, atat prin normalizarea reactiilor emotionale puternice dar si prin interventie pentru medierea si negocierea unui final potrivit.
